For me best for performance and hydration and great taste
I have tried many BCAA/Rehydration products and this one has so far been the best in performance and taste. I play alot of tennis and this time of year playing in 40c plus heat and high humidity means I sweat lots and start to run out of energy after 1 to 1.5 hours. Yesterday I tried this product for the first time. I filled up 1 litre of ice cold water and 2 scoops of powder and it lasted me over 2 hours. I didn't run out of energy and I stayed hydrated. Above all the taste is amazing with zero sugar, mixed really well and very refreshing. Other products I have tried did not taste as good as this. Definitely recommended.

Xtend BCAAs = the best, trying another flavor
I absolutely love Xtend BCAAs. I think they are easy to mix, great value and I love the taste. Every once in awhile I try out a small container of a new flavor to build some variety into my mix. Blue raspberry is likely to become one that I rotate in and out as I like this one. It's not my absolute favorite but one that I like and will get again. Overall if you are looking for a good high quality BCAA Xtend is that product. Just find the flavor that is right for you.
