I already finished one pack but I didn't see any influence from this product, I feel that I take a capsules daily just filled with air.

These are probably the only supplements I've noticed that increase my energy. For those struggling with general, constant fatigue and trying to find supplements that will help, I can definitely say that this product is worth trying. You shouldn't expect a super effect, but when combined with other foods and vitamins and physical activity, I can say that it will boost your energy.

There are many 'Korean Panax Ginsengs' on the market all making claims about being pure, unadulterated, no fillers and all that hype, but hype doesn't guarantee the quality of a product. Solgar consistently get god results on independent lab analysis and while I don't rate all their products, I'd give this one a thumbs up to help warn buyers from wasting money on fake products.Firstly, Korean Panax Ginseng has a characteristic odour which is immediately noticeable on opening the bottle (on many supplements offering wild claims, the odour is absent). Secondly, although many of the alleged benefits of Korean Panax Ginseng are from long term use, one of the most common and immediate effects (noticeable in nearly cases but not every case) is a physical and mental boost. There are a few, genuinely only a few in my experience, that will confidently give you that., including Solgar. Most are more expensive than Solgar.If you are offered an alternative that blows its own trumpet about how pure and genuine it is but at a price that seems unbelievably low, it is probably fake. You can't trim ridiculously when the price of the raw ingredient not that low. Solgar's other costs include marketing and the use of darkened glass bottles instead of cheap foil packaging. The first will be nominal per product given their massive range; the second protects the productIf you are fed up with cheap 'Ginseng' there is a simple test: try the other one and try Solgar. You will very likely see the difference straight away.
