I can't give this enough stars! After struggling with flexural psoriasis for 10+ years, I am SO thankful for this product. The doctor gave steroids which made it worse, no amount of baby powder and "keeping it clean" or "airing them out" was helping. I have tried so many products that claimed to work but never did. This was probably the 15th product I've tried looking for relief over 10+ years. Within days my skin started healing, the pain of the raw skin started to subside. After probably 2 weeks all of my scabs were cleared. I still had scars- but that was totally fine with me so long as I wasn't still bleeding from these scabs and stretches of angry skin. I recommend this to ANYONE who has psoriasis!! I won't even go on a day or two trip without bringing it with me. Unscented is nice as I tend to get headaches from heavily perfumed products.

Pretty good soap.
Lather's nicely and rinses off well. Leaves skin soft. A little pricey but so far, seems worth it. Will likely buy again.

Great Product for plaque scale psoraisis
I started using it as prescribed and agree with the packing that it will alleviate areas of scale produced by psoraisis and would recommend trying this product if you have plaque scale psoraisis.

Great unscented product
Great product. I had a irritating rash a few years ago that the doc said cold be the beginning of psoriasis and tried this. Rash disappeared so I don't think it was psoriasis but my skin loved it. So I keep buying it.

Didn’t help my Dermatitis, but Continue to Use!
I have been using Kenkoderm Psoriasis soap for a while now, and unfortunately, it hasn’t helped my psoriasis or dry skin. However, I continue to use it because it has no fragrance or smell, which is great for those who are allergic to perfumes. In fact, since there are no chemicals, perfumes or smells, it doesn’t affect my wife’s allergies when I use it. In my estimation, Kinko derma psoriasis soap is a good choice for those looking for a natural and fragrance-free option, especially if smells affect the health of a loved one.

Amazing results
I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. My face became so scaly. No moisturizer helped. Tried this soap and results were amazing. I use it everyday. My face is smooth and soft again.

I'm glad I tried it.
I've been using the mineral soap for over a month and it is reducing my psoriasis flare ups. It soothes and reduces itching. I've tried a lot of different products for my skin problem but this seems to be working about the best for me. I saw it and thought I would give it a try & I'm glad I did.

Love the soap
Great soap and I have sebhorreic dermatitis and rosacae. My skin stopped scaling and itching. No smells at all and very durable.

A good soap but it dries up the skin leaving it more vulnerable. It should have some oil that keeps the skin hydrated.
