Men and women are of the same species, and as such they both have skin, so yes, I'd say this works well for both men or women of the human variety.

How often can youuse this?

If you have oily skin 2-3 times a week max. If you have dry skin 1 day a week should be enough. More than that would tend to over-dry your skin.

The higher up, the more used.
