One of my favourite games
This is one of the most underrated games on the Wii that you never heard of. Play it. Look at his face. Succumb to the cuteness.

Chocobo dungeon hopping game
Interesting concept, the only cons grinding to get to certain level in order to pass go. I Know that sounds cryptic but better then spoiling what the game is about. For a child who knew gaming you may want your dad or gamer sort relative to play it if you get overly excited of certain levels, I have nephew who loves this game and finds he wants to see Chocobo ready to defeat boss stage, and maze stage but he does understand how to play, its good idea to get wii pro controller. I kind wish they had party version of this so I could leave nieces and nephews to play on their own...however that is not the case. :D Narrative story mode would been cooler.

Fables of a good rogue-like dungeon crawl? Fable is fact!
Having beaten the entire game, let me give a recap of it's +'s and -'s.The Positives:Dungeon Crawl- you fight your way into different dungeons and defeat the boss at the bottom. There is a random floor generator, so monsters traps, and items are different with each level and each re-entering.Jobs- There are 10 different jobs and each can be leveled up to the maximum level of 8. With each job level comes different abilities related to that class. You can choose which job you would like to be before entering a dungeon.Music- all music comes from final fantasy 9 (Coincidentally- my favorite final fantasy game and favorite musical score for a game)MiniGames- all final fantasy games have pretty entertaining minigames. This one is no exception. There are 4 total:(1)Pop-Up Duel- a card battling game (requires more luck than skill to win. Matter of choosing the right card to play)(2)Bat Bashing- a shooter game using the wii mote to hit bats out of the air(3)Darts- you use the wii remote to throw darts into the board for points (like pitching in wii sports)(4)No I did not forget to add the 4th mini game, it's down in the negative section.. lol.Fishing- catch fish and sometimes items, fish can be sold for cash or used to expand your bankItem Forging- you have the abilitiy to "hone" (improve), or "fuse" (combine) different pieces of armor to get special effects, statuses, and abilities. The Meh:Mouths don't line up with voices- It's japanese made and english dubbed I'm sure. But in most game cases (probably this one too), the programmers simply have the characters mouth move up and down until the sound ends. They aren't really trying to match up words with the mouth and if they did it would be for japanese.Graphics get blurry- this only happens in the town, and normally when you are entering/leaving the church, because the screen zooms really far out. In dungeons, and out of the town this is not an issue.Dungeon Rules- certain dungeon's have specific rules placed on them, and for these dungeons you aren't allowed to bring in your gear or items, in addition there is a level cap placed on the dungeon. Example of some dungeon rules are: complete the dungeon with 1 hp, while posioned, while fatigued, blind, etc. The like-ability could swing either way for you, by becoming frutsteratingly annoying or adding that desired challenge to the game. I found it more annoying than anything else, because lots of it depends on luck rather than skill. The Negatives:Voices- take forever to say 3 lines! Huge delays from 1 word lines to the next 1 word line. It's awful! Not to mention the actual voices of the characters are annoying, mainly the girls and the 'destroyers'. I'd rate them rate right up there with Naruto's voice, under things that make me want to rip my ears off.The Script- Not sure who wrote these lines, but a drunk dsylexic monkey with a typewriter could have done better. In fact, I'm sure the monkey would have been refreshingly original. The script is akward, made more so by it's execution from the voice actors. Characters 'know' whats going on, even though the action they are explaining is happening for the first time. You'll understand if you play.Script + voices = Dora the explorer episode.Short- 4 dungeons total. Fire, Water, Light, and Dark. (these are the main dungeons, there are optional 'people' dungeons, with special rules, but they are not required to beat the game)End Credits- Really slow! They seem longer than the game, no way to skip through them, when they finally end then you can save your game. The (4th) minigame:????- It's a secret minigame that you can unlock by beating the game. **SPOILER** - the ??? minigame is the end credits line reader (it's terrible, as if you wanted to see the end credits again) the goal is to use the wii remote to run over each line/name of the end credits, without missing any letters, you get points for each line and bonus points for each continual line you are able to 'draw' over. (yuck)That being said, the negatives should not be enough to keep you away from at least trying this game. The dungeon crawl, the monsters, the tactics and gear creation are more than enough to make up for it's few but annoying flaws.
