The Product was good but i have one issue it has Arabic Keyboard configuration and it take to much time to do changes into English keyboard. You should mention in the product details that the keyboard of this laptop in Arabic or English. Otherwise the Product was good.

I bought this item one month ago and I requested to return it back because it’s stuck and slow and i got yellow mark on wifi I thought the problem with my home connection but it’s working goodNow the reply to me the they will repair this item and return it back to me an if the problem from my side I have to pay the repair fees !!!! Because i returned the item after 15 daysIt’s very bad experience with amazon uae this timeI will contact with consumer protection

For what it does, it’s great and it can actually excel beyond it’s abilities. Best Laptop for work and is decent for gaming, you can run Halo the master chief without major issues. I’m really happy with it. Unregrettable purchase.

Product as expected, how can I get an invoice and warranty for this product?

I brought this for 1950 AED,was worthy ,after 1 year of use got mother boad failure, I was on India and warranty can not be claimed, Add SSD for better performance,it's good for office use,Please ignore for Editing and Gameing

The HDD is bit slow rest Overall perfomance is excellent. Fully satisfied. And big thanks to amazon team for delivering my laptop next day of my order. It was real quick then expected time. So very much thanks keep it up guys.

Image is blur and not visible. As i have brought this computer for online educational purpose. But this is rubish computer snd i think this is second hand they must sold. I need the computers to be replaced
