Made in the UK and shipped from London. This works great ! ...No question about it. Just follow the instruction on the package. Update and activate the key and use it. What you need to know is the version of your OS. Is it 64bits or 32bits? You need to find this out before updating the key. To make it simple: 32bits are for those old Windows versions, XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10 (32bits version). The 64bits are Windows 10 (64bits), and Windows 11. There are two options for updating the key - 64bits or 32bits. Now, this is for registering/updating the Red Key only and only done once. After registering/updating is done then you need to know how to boot from the USB key on your PC/Laptop. For mine (HP Laptop) it's the F9 key to select the USB boot. Your Laptop/PC may already set to boot from the USB already. From then on, just follow the graphical display to select the disk you want to erase, it will scan the entire PC/Laptop and let you know which disks are available. You then select the disk you want and hit Go. It will erase clean. 5 Stars !!

Love it or forget it’s, forget it!
So like after two months they barred my status with no explanation and I’ve been waiting weeks to hear back from the company… at first I thought this thumb drive was amazing but honestly now, I’m ready to send it back and ask for a different one or find another company that can do something similar. Not happy with this product. It has not worked properly since I bought it. Just disappointed 3000 %

Is corruptable
After a year of successful use I noticed it was acting strangely. Upon further investigation I found my red key had been infected and could not be cleared. It is no longer operable and cannot be recommended. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Redkey is king
I use Redkey to securely wipe/erase potentially confidential data on Hard Drives and laptops. you can read what's on the HD after the wipe has completed, it is an additional assurance that it does what it says on the tin. If you are serious about securely wiping data before disposing of HD or laptops, this is the tool to use.
