More like “Cold Creaml than “Cleanser”
I love everything WHO.I now have 3 different makeup remover/cleansers from WHO skincare.The two foam cleansers are in tubes, and rinse off with water, Leaving the skin squeaky clean. Disturbing at first, but they’re not really drying. Both great cleansers.The third is this cream cleanser, to remove makeup by wiping off with a tissue.I actually like all three, but I use a wet washcloth after the tissue with the cream.I have aging, normal to dry skin.

A little goes a long way to remove makeup or just for everyday use. Doesn’t clog pores or dry skin. I love it!
