Ghost Controls TSS1XP Bundle with Wireless Keypad and Additional Remote (Premium)

This is the best thing since a pocket on a t-shirt came along. Easy to install, works great and no more getting out to open and close the gate!!!!! I absolutely LOVE it!!! It's a little slower opening than closing but it works smoothly and you can add additional remotes to it for other family members. Great buy for the price!!!

This worked well for my 12' gate. The instructions were clear. The illustrations were sufficient. The bundle price saves a little vs buying the items separately. I did not need to call tech support. I did have an exchange via the website tech support messages about a separate product that I did not purchase. The answer was not great, but then my question was vague, too. They did respond promptly, though. I suspect they will be helpful if and when I need them.

This is a great product. The manual and instructions are easy to follow. Once installed works very good.

Took a little figuring out on the gate columns but customer service walked us through it ....several times. Love the opener. We bought the solar panel, extenders, keypad and extra remote.Can's say enough about the customer service. Awesome!

It was easy to install. When I was programming the remote controls, the instructions in the manual was not clear had to call Tech Support, they were helpful and knowledgeable. I do have one complaint about this product though, which I shared with the Tech Support person, the pins that attach the hydraulic unit to the gate is accessible from the outside, so anyone who is determined to come in can remove those pins, disable the Automatic Gate Opener, and get into the property. The Tech Support person suggested using locked pins, which will add to the already expensive unit and will also make it cumbersome to maintain.

Ordered this kit after I tried to get someone to install a solar operated system for me. Started looking around and found Ghost. After looking at a couple of their videos I decide to go ahead with the purchase of the TSS1XP Bundle with Wireless Keypad. So glad I did! It installed very easily and worked right off. All one needs to do is follow the clear instructions and watch the installation videos. The only caveat is if you are installing this on a tube style gate with round gat posts - be sure to order the Ghost Controls AX3R Round Post Adapter Brackets to Adapt to 3 inch Round Steel Posts. This is not included in the kit.

What a difference this makes in our lives. Sounds silly, but it just works and is exactly what we needed. Solar keeps it well charged, even with a run of cloudy days. Our gate gets a lot of interaction, visiting friends and family, workers, trash pickup, etc. Being able to keep it open in party mode is wonderful. We ended up getting the Bluetooth add-on later and it just made the whole thing better. I love stuff that works better than expected, Ghost completely delivers in this area.
