This company has shook the image of Indian Tea...worst tea ever tasted... seriously..5Rs tea tastes much better than this...Don't buy or else you'll regret!! MARK MY WORDS!!Best gift to enemy or bad relatives!!!

It contains multodextrin ( Has very high Glycemic index)
It tastes good, but even though it is unsweetened, it is deceptive as it contains multodextrin which raises loud sugar more than sugar itself. If you have no issues with sugar then I guess it's fine.
