I always check Consumer Lab before I buy any vitamin or supplement and every product they have tested from Solgar has passed with flying colors, including this one. The pill is small and round which makes it much easier to swallow. Chelated Zinc Glycinate is much more bioavailable than other forms of zinc and easier on the stomach. I take it on an empty stomach and I never have issues. I am taking it opposite my Ghk-cu to aid in skin and hair health.
