Will the Rose Gold or Black chip off with use?

I have 2 black plating spoons. 1 I've owned for a year and the other for 6 months... neither of them have even shown real wear yet

Why is this kit even necessary? I can drizzle sauce with a teaspoon & put a sprig of thyme on a plate with my gloved hand. Why is this kit needed?

Indeed! However, this kit satisfied a need for a gift for my Foodie son. It's been a few years but I do remember that it was a nice gift with decent quality. Foodie was happy to get it, and I'm sure it was put to good use.

Does this 8 pc pro kit includes a spoon for Quenelles?

We have made smaller Quenelles with the spoon but prefer a larger size.

Can you wash the case for the knives

This kit is for plating tools and I would use a damp cloth and spot clean only
