BlueDevil Products Red Angel A/C Stop Leak and Conditioner

This is probably the best AC stop leak on the market, but the instructions are not sufficient. The first can I used didn't stop the leak, and the second also didn't, but the compound was still in the system, so realizing it is not having enough contact time with leaking area, I just filled the system again with refrigerant and let the car idle for 2-3 hours with the AC at max, and this time it did its job. It needed more time in contact with the leaking area, and having the AC on for several hours meant the compressor kept it circulating long enough to do it is job.

had a leak in the hose pipe which used to last for 2 months. used this product but it did not fix it. finally has the pipe replaced to fix the issue.

Its a bit fiddly to use but it seems to have worked.

After 3 years of air con not working after being recharged twice, I thought that's it. Saw this product and decided to give it a go. After 4 weeks now and my ac is still working. Dunno how it's fixed it but so far so good. Bit expensive for such a little can but compared to having an ac specialist do the repair it's a bargain.

My 2012 vehicle developed a leak in the A/c evaporator, which would cost over $2500 to fix, since it requires removal of the dashboard. Previously, I tried a stop leak product available at the local discount store, but the Freon leaked out overnight. I decided to trade in the car because I can’t live another summer without a/c, but figured I’d give red angel a try before throwing in the towel. To my shock, the Freon did not leak out the next day and still blew amazingly cold air. I’m going on almost 2 weeks now and all is well. Also, many reviews criticized the dispenser and application, however, for me, it worked fine and I was able to see all of the the red product flow into my low pressure port. I highly recommend giving this product a shot when others fail before throwing in the towel on an expensive repair or trade in. Just carefully read and follow the instructions, cross your fingers, and see if it works like it did for me. I don’t know how long this will last but it was certainly worth the cost. Update 3/29/2026 - well after all these months my Freon finally leaked out. I consider this an excellent result, since it gave me so many months of a/c use. I recharged the car with a can of cheap Freon from a big box store and all is blowing cold again. . Depending on how long this holds, I may just buy another can of red angel to see if it gives me another long run of a/c use .

Shipping was super late, even Amazon felt it was late. Put the whole can in, drive for 15min. That’s it. Did not work. Wasted 90dollars. I will not recommend this product. Go get the 25 dollar Canadian tire leak pro. Those last longer

Worth nothing more than a bottle of water in pressure container. So do not waist your money on such product.
