Good quality product and works well
Excellent product for muscle recovery during work out, has a great mango flavor too. Only found it too sweet so better to dilute it in more water

Good but....
Good: Powder dissolves easily in water.Bad: Unfortunately, this product tastes extremely sweet. The only way for me to down it, is by dividing one scoop into three glasses of water. This stuff trumps any and all sports-drink I have ever used...
