DERMA-E Firming Dmae Facial Toner with Alpha Lipoic Acid, White, 6 Fl Oz

I originally planned on purchasing the glycolic acid toner but stumbled across an article on alpha lipoic acid and it's anti-aging properties, so I decided to give this a try. I honestly love it more than the glycolic toner, since it doesn't sting or cause any sensitivities, but still provides me anti-aging properties. It has a mild natural scent (no fragrance added) that fades immediately, doesn't strip my skin, but removes any residue left after cleansing. I also see a difference in my skin clarity, after using it consistently for a few months. I usually do a quarter size on a cotton pad, and it's enough for my face and neck. For reference, I have oily acne prone sensitive skin.

This is the best toner I've found.. I have what they are now calling mature skin and want gentle, natural ingredients. I don't want anything that will dry out my skin. I am very sensitive to odors, but the scent of this is heavenly... lemongrass and chamomile but it reminds me of lavender too. I use this every day before applying face lotion. Highly recommend this line of products which are natural and very reasonably priced!

Really impressed with this toner. Alpha lipoic acid is a brilliant ingredient and this is my first experience with the DMAE. I know perricone uses that in their extremely high priced products. Anyway, definitely seeing skin benefits from this like some tightness and brightness. I would give it 5 stars but, it is a little drying if I use it daily and that’s from the witch hazel extract I am pretty sure and I could do without the fragrance. All in all it’s worth it and I do see benefits so will continue to use, repurchase and recommend

I was pleasantly surprised with this toner. It is gentle and does not dry my skin. It does a great job at cleansing any remaining makeup after washing my face. It also has only good ingredients in it. From the bottle: "100% vegan and cruelty free, and does not contain parabens, sulfates, mineral oil, lanolin, gluten or GMOs". Additionally, it's sold at a great price point. There's no need to pay several times more for another product that may not be as nice as this one.

Received today & while I cannot review the long term benefits, after just 1 use I think I am going to be pretty happy with this toner :) It is a tonic, an astringent, but it does not dry out your skin at all. There is no filmy residue left behind either. I love the soothing Chamomile & Lemongrass scent, & the way it gently tightens your face right away (without feeling dry!) Most of my facial products are by MyChelle dermaceuticals, which I love, but after trying this I now plan on incorporating more Derma E products into my routines to alternate with. :-) will update again after 1 month of use!

I've been very impressed with the Derma E products I've tried, and this one is no exception. It is the first Alpha-Lipoic-Acid-containing cosmetic I've ever used, so I did experience a slight tingling/stinging/burning sensation initially, but my skin has since become accustomed and the feeling is now refreshing and non-irritating. It removes residue without leaving any of its own, and is blessedly non-greasy but also non-drying. It has a pleasant, almost spicy smell - very gingery, to my sense at least. Cinnamon and cloves also come to mind. (These are not ingredients, just descriptors.) I can't speak to its compatibility with all skin types; but for my normal-to-dry, non-sensitive skin, it's a great fit.

This product is life changing! I’m in my 40’s have dryer sensitive to product skin. Since I added this to my morning and night routine after face cleanser my face has had almost zero breakouts and no irritation. I swear my lines look finer and my skin even now has a nice glow! I’ve tried millions of high end and cheap products and i couldn’t be more pleased with this toner! Would love to try more of their products to see what else I’d love but I’m scared to mess with what’s currently working :)

I think that toners have become extinct in a lot of circle, but I have used this toner for over three years and I find it wonderful. I had to replace the Olay toner (blue stuff) that did not seem to do the job any more and found this did just the right thing. I use a cotton pad and this toner lifts and extraordinary amount of left-over makeup....just like the Olay stuff used to. I have used many of the best skin products available (ohhhhh some more than $150 per bottle) but I love the Derma E products......thanks for keeping the Derma E reasonably priced for the ladies that want to look their best!!!!

El tónico viene sin caja, en un bote de plástico transparente, totalmente expuesto a la luz. Eso no garantiza el correcto estado de sus activos. Además huele demasiado a lavanda y es un olor molesto. Por lo demás, no reseca ni deja la cara pringosa, se absorbe bien. Pero no he continuado con él. El perfume es demasiado persistente
