I bought this to go on a R5 rig to power my R5 C mirrorless cinema camera. The batteries on those can go quickly. It has a DTAP, USB, USB C, and Micro USB. The USB C can power the R5 C and charge the new R5 batteries while they are in the camera. The old batteries cannot charge through USB C. This also offers pass through. So you can charge something using the USB while it's charging through the USB C. So you can leave it over night and both items will be charged. Super light and small battery. The screen is nice but has a small delay when hitting the button to see the display. The rubber flaps are whatever, but do make it feel nice to the touch. I love the battery, I think it will be good to have while traveling and will fit in my backpack well. If nothing else, to charge my phone or my canon two battery charger. the 50 watt is like having three canon batteries apparently. You can't use it as a backup battery for the R5 C unless there is a battery in the camera body - so it's like having 4 batteries in there - or 5 if you have a battery grip. @eclipticphoto

Been using these for a few years, reliable and the usb ports come in handy. Can power an FX6 for a couple hours for a very lightweight cine setup

works as promised I love how you can always check the meters see how it’s going and plug it and charge it with a USB-C three charger charges very quickly. I have use this battery continuously for two hours and still had a half of battery powered left in my red Komodo love this battery works fantastic

This battery is a perfect size to power my R5C camera when rigged, offering extended recording times. I was working an event with this and was able to shoot 4k60 (off and on) for about 4 hours of the event. I wish there were even more mounting options than the one 1/4-20 threaded rod. The size is great and is a about the size of a handgrip.

I used it with my Sony FX30 for an all day shoot. The Sony was fully charged and this battery was fully charged. I got home and everything was still showing full battery meter. We shot about 2 hours total on the FX30. I'm about to buy another battery just because one is none.

This Battery is great, I'll definitely be buying another couple for my kit. Though i will say the rubber piece covering the ports does feel very cheap and isn't secure. I imagine after some normal wear and tear it may actually break off. Other than that, the indicator is very accurate.

Size, build quality, features, and battery life seems on par with some of the top brands.

I have Nano One and Two, good batteries holds a charge and charges quickly with Aukey's 30w charger (size of apple cube charger). But I'm disappointed the v-mount plate is made of plastic and has chipped away with a handful of uses, so not really for professional situations. I also thought that the plate was being held by the three screws and could be replaced, but I tried to take it off and it's one with the battery. So now when I use the battery I have to worry in the back of my mind that it might pop off randomly like it has a couple of times.

Very nice. Relatively affordable way into V-mount batteries. has all the connections you'd hope for and the on screen display is useful. Mine's connected to a BMPCC 6k Pro, which to my surprise, even with a battery still in draws a charge enough to kill the battery over a couple weeks. If you remove the battery it switches to AC power and will drain on standby in a couple days. Worth knowing. This guy is a lot lighter than I expected, and thats good for some things, bad for others. I will probably pick up his big brother as well. Good buy.

Schon toller Akku, sehr leicht und klein. Die 45w sind je nach Anwendung aber recht schnell leer. Auf die akku Status Anzeige sollte man sich nicht zu sehr verlassen, im letzten Drittel gehst dann schnell bergab. Würde mir die Akkus aber wieder kaufen in der 98w Version aber. Preislich sind die Akkus kein Schnäppchen, aber durchaus fair in der Preisgestaltung.

I got this Nano Two for using exclusively with Canon R5C which is quite power demanding to work with focus by wire RF mount lenses with auto-focus. This battery assembly needs a V-lock battery mount and works fine when using its USB-C port to power the camera. I also use the D-tap port to power Atomos Ninja-V. I have got Fotga V-Mount Battery Power Plate Adapter with Clamp to fix it on one of the tripod legs. Everything works fine and I don't need to take a dozen of batteries for 2-3 hours shoot.
