Great Size and Quality
Am really impressed with the size of the surface area, which is important for sharpening quality knives. Makes the process easier and much more precise. I also have many Shogun Series and several Valhalla Series Dalstrong knives which have all remained so super sharp that I have not used this for them yet. I have used it for other lesser quality knives and it works extremely well.

Nice quality stones.
Awaiting the 1000 and 6000 so can only do one knife right now but 3000 one in this bundle managed to get my chefs knife razor sharp quick will use 8000 once other arrives

The set is just gorgeous!
Besides the excellent quality of the product, the presentation itself is just amazing. Eventhough I am always impressed with the presentation and package of the Dalstrong knives I wasn't expecting the whetstone set to be presented in such a beautiful way.Besides that, the stones are nice, precise and feel like they will outlast my old Japanese set I had so far. Time will tell, but so far, so wow!
