I was a little worried about the chime and how loud it would be but it is so soft - you only notice it if you are in the same room. This is a splendid addition to my home - looks great, keeps perfect time, and adds an ever so subtle heartbeat. Also, it was very well packaged, arrived undamaged, and simple to assemble. I love it!

Our 3rd one and all have the same issue, loses time. Either correct the problem or give up and stop selling clocks. They claim they are made in Germany but that is highly doubtful as they know what they are doing. Probably chinese made. Who wants a clock that doesn't keep time?

The clock has excellent craftsmanship, keeps time accurately, and looks great. I just wish it were bigger for the price.
