I feel like this has been useful and adds comfort. It taken out the hollow area between myself and my back so it's quite supportive. It has lost its shape after a few months as it's moulded to the angle at which I apparently sit. Not sure if this is good or bad but it's still comfy and working well in the battle against back pain.

I've bought a couple of these, great for support, but they do fall apart after a few months of near daily use.

I ordered this to help with my chronic back pain. Looked promising but when it arrived I found that when fitted to my office chair, it pushed me too far forward and seating wasn't comfy. The plastic nodules hurt me to the point that within a minute it was already back in the plastic wrap and a return was made. Please bare in mind, I am slim build. The nodules may work for larger people but were agony for me.

I found the back support was great support for my back pain. It encourages good posture too. Very comfortable and easy to affix to your chair.

Great support.. I. Used mine after a lumber puncture and it helped support my back really well and I still use it as it is comfy when driving

Support is good but the middle has come away after two months of use. Cheap stitching held it together considering it is meant to be in daily use for hours at a time. Probably go for a more expensive option next time.

Us d to have one of these at work so not sure if it would be so effective on a sofa. It is.
