Has anyone tried it for making butt splices in 3M's foam-layered plate mounting tape?

I'd like to try this on my colored pencil drawings. I just discovered it. So does is cut my paper or does it not? I need it for fine detail.

Estilo muy bonito, muy elegante y a buen precio. Recambios algo caros. La cuchilla es muy frágil al ser de cerámica, hay que tratar con cuidado.

I have used this for bookbinding. The ceramic blade cuts through paper and grey card very well. It is light and easy to hold and use. The knife came with a blade and cover and was a reasonable price. Additional blades seem pricey, but I haven’t needed to buy any yet.
