Q: What is the highest temperature this pan can be cooked at without damaging it?

apparently you can;t get it too hot on the stove-top either as it loses its non-stick and gets discolored. this is totally unlike other similar sounding products. I asked Waxonware for a refund after 1.5 months of use and they refused saying that I used too high a heat. Note that I only have a regular gas stove and that my previous ceramic pan lasted 4 years and the current one (that replaced the crappy WaxonWare) still works great!

Q: Can this pan be used on an electric stove top?

Yes. I purchased the 11" pan (possibly the nicest piece of cookware I've ever owned), and have used it on my electric stove top many times. The only issue for the 11" pan, is that is nearly too big for the standard range top; should not have that problem with the 9.5".

Q: Is there a cover that is made for these pans?

Thank you for your question.Yes there is a special lid/cover made for this pan but it's bundled with the Saute Pan.This lid/cover is compatible with the WaxonWare Stonetec Fry Pan, Wok and Saute Pan of 11 inch size.This item will be available In June 2016.

Q: What kind of sponge or scrub brush is recommended for cleaning?

Absolutely no scrubbing pad is necessary. Simply follow the instructions, and once the pan has cooled a little, fill with cold water and let sit for a few minutes (the instructions say 5 - I've found 2-3 is plenty), then wash with a soft non-scrubby sponge. Honestly, all I've had to do is wait for it to cool, wipe with a paper towel to get rid of any food particles, and then clean with a sponge, dish soap and water.
