Got this from Amazon warehouse. Slight damage on the outside box as described but otherwise brand new product inside. Excellent value. Easy to use. Is pretty heavy but it is on wheels making it easy to move on hard floors, carpets you may have to lift. In a confined space it will produce a bit of heat and make the room warm. It’s not too noisy, haven’t run it in the bedroom overnight but have had it running whilst watching tv and it’s not too bad. The night mode, however, is considerable quieter. The performance is excellent. Was caught in a downpour: jeans, trainers, jumpers soaked through. Maybe 7pm. Popped everything in the bathroom and put this on continuous and was all bone dry by the next morning. You will honestly be surprised at the amount of moisture this removes!

Excellent dehumidifier. Tricky to empty out without spilling it everywhere! Large water tank. Would recommend

This has transformed the way I dry my washing, wish I had bought one years ago. Speeds up dry time and stops the house being full of condensation. Not too big, sits in the corner of the room, not noisy, cheap to run.

Excellent, humidity level control, we set it at 55 for steady discharge, functional, easy to use, comes with pipe that can be fitted for direct discharge of water to a large container, unit is placed higher to facilitate gravitional discharge of water, Intend to buy another for upstairs In the winter.

This is a lovely quiet machine and not too big . moves perfectly on castors to any room. Really pleased with it . Does a great job . Bought it mainly for when I’m drying washing indoors

Does a great job and at a reasonable price

I’ve been researching dehumidifiers for a few weeks and decided on this one after I read a review from the telegraph.My kitchen is north facing and feels colder than the rest of the house .i plugged it in and was shocked to see the humidity was 79 !I’d been cooking with the window open so it just goes to show that all steam can’t escape.The humidity dropped to 64 in an hour and to my surprise the kitchen felt warmer !If I hadn’t had purchased this dehumidifier I probably would have put on my heating unnecessarily.It collected a lot of water, I was surprised how much it had .It is a bit fiddly to remove the water tank but you get the hang of it quickly.It’s easy to use .I doe’s make some noise but it doesn’t bother me .I haven’t tried it to dry washing has yet, but I’m sure it will do a great job .I will be purchasing another one in the very near future .Happy with my purchase 😊

It is a good looking machine and we like the clear colour display for the humidity levels. Overall a good machine and fairly good value. Seems to be sensitive to the humidity and is quick to reduce it. It's fairly quiet, although maybe not quiet enough to sleep by; that's a personal preference. The water tank is not that easy to remove to empty, it has no handle to carry it by and no indication of how full it is until it gives the full alarm at which point it is very full. (After living with this for a while now we have to say it is a great dehumidifier, however the tank is not the easiest to empty even with practice.)
