Bad product
After two years, I am giving up and will buy a keyboard from another company.Two main problems: Inconsistent Bluetooth connectivity and inaccurate touchpad tracking.It makes the keyboard very hard to use. Almost every minute, I have to re-connecting the device.For the touchpad, too many times it senses the wrong gesture, to the point that I ended up using a separate mouse.Avoid

Great Product
I found it very easy to connect the Bluetooth to my surface pro 7. After charging the keyboard for the first time it lasted for almost 3 weeks. I use my tablet everyday for school and work. i was very impressed by that.

It has a strong magnet and works well
I purchased this to make my surface pro more versatile but when I first purchased it. I was having trouble getting it to connect. But after reviewing the instructions it said that you needed to press the power button and hold it then push the function key and the Z key that has the pairing symbol on the "letter Z key " the "Bluetooth keyboard" came up and it was connected.

Could be better
Lag in the mouse and keyboard response, the connection isn’t great, and the keyboard is quite stiff for typing. Other than that, it’s usable.

Works great and responds well
Replacing a previous keyboard that suddenly died... This keyboard I purchased was a great price and response well when used... An additional plus is the charging cable is a c type so I will carry less chords going forward now.

Frustrating!
I am not at all happy with this keyboard.Constant connectivity issues.The trackpad is terrible, it’s CONSTANTLY zooming my screen in and out.The spacebar never wants to work unless you aggressively push it.I am beyond frustrated with this product, would not recommend at all.

I’m disappointed
I originally bought the Microsoft surface pro several years ago and the keyboard that I got to go with it then worked really really well, but it got worn out after several years so I got this one and I haven’t liked it. The first thing I noticed is that I have to charge this keyboard. I never had to charge the last one. I also have to turn the keyboard on every time I open the laptop up, again, something I never had to do with the last one. I’ve only had this keyboard for 2 months and it’s already having trouble connecting to the Surface Pro. Overall I’m really disappointed in the lack of quality in this keyboard. Maybe this keyboard it just defected
