Doesn’t anything with the word poly in it mean plastic?

No. The prefix “poly” means multiple or many. Polytheism means believing in many gods. Polygamy means being married to more than one person at a time. You are maybe confused by the word polymer? All plastics are polymers, but not all polymers are plastics. A polymer just means that it is a repeating chain of molecules. Polymers can be either natural or synthetic.

Is tbk lip gloss what do you mix it with
