Is it true that you sell parts that are not motorcraft and you put them in motorcraft box and sell them and most buyers believe them to be motorcraft?

It happens often where the entire package is counterfeit. The box, or bag, the markings and the part. There is absolutely no oversite at all unless you buy direct from a Ford dealer. FordTechMaculoco has a youtube video on counterfeit plugs and coil packs and their packages for the 3 valve motor.

Is this the whole thing and not just the boot and coil? I noticed that all my coils on top say motorcraft but one? Should they all be the same?

This comes with the boot and coil it's a complete oem coil pack. And yes it can still be a motorcarft coil without being stamped on top.

Will this work for a 07 ford escape?

I don't know, get part number from dealership. If same part number then it will work .

Is this a complete set of Coils or just one?

one coil, not the set. Motorcraft is the best but no warranty that I know of if/when it fails. You can get the Borg-Warner coil at Kragen/OReilley that has a lifetime warranty. Thats my new program.
