I’m really impressed with this little sit-up bar. It installs quickly under a door and holds firmly in place, so I can do sit-ups and core exercises without needing someone to hold my feet. For the price my expectations were very low, but to my surprise it was a reliable product and made my sit-ups much easier deal with. It takes a few seconds to put together and then you can clamp it underneath a door or any weighted device with a decent footing. In my case I attached it to my rowing machine and it works perfectly. It's comfortable, it's easy to adjust, and small enough that it stays out of the way. I can't think of any cons so I'll give it a 10/10 - absolutely worth it!
