Q: I live in California how do I order this and have it shipped? (My order keeps getting blocked)

I think you need to contact customer service for this shipping issue. If that fails I would use a family or friend to ship it to a out of state address then ship it to you. It will take longer but ultimately you'll have your product.

Worbla is more or less the thickness of a milk container plastic jug. I used the material to reinforce some wood putty I formed into animal hoves over a piece of 2x4 wood. These animal hoves I used as a "Krampus" costume stilts. I walked over several types of surfaces such as carpet, streets, tile floors and concrete side walks. Once the warbla was formed and harden it was very, very sturdy! It is a amazing piece of craft material even though it is in place it can be reheated, removed and reformed over and over again.

Q: works for DIY electronic projects or would the heat from the device warp the plastic? i.e. raspberry pi has heating issues would it warp the case?

I believe that it would warp from the heat if you plan on using it as the primary case. It is very heat sensitive

Q: Would it work as cover on fountain (to keep rainwater from collecting in it)?

Hello Jane, Thanks for your query. Worbla is a hard plastic you would have to form to fit the fountain. It would work to keep water out, but I wouldn't suggest you use it for any sort of outdoor purpose, as the heat of the sun could cause it to warp. Regards.
