Aircraft Tool Supply Safety Lock Wire (.041)

I use this for marine applications. Mostly use it on my crab pots, but also when I need it on my boat. It works great. No tangles in the container. It's very strong. It is just stainless wire, so not much more to say about it. Haven't seen it rust yet and I've had it in nothing but saltwater.

Being that it is made of stainless steel, it will work well for its intended purpose and will be very durable for harsh environments.

This wire works great for me. I have fixed my air hoses several times and has saved me time and money because I am extending the life of two air hoses. Glad I got it. Using this with a special tool that a guy designed and is out of Alaska. I found the tool on yutube

Very useful tool. Nice to be able to fabricate clamps of a wide range of sizes where space, cost and weight are factors.

Good lock wire

This wire worked well. I first bought a spool from harbor freight. The HF wire would break way before you could twist it right. THIS wire works exactly as you would hope and demonstrates the toughness you want to see. Gives me a piece of mind it will actually do the job.If you have a Harbor Freight roll, Throw it away! Then buy this.

Stainless steel so it doesn't want to rust like other wire. You can break it but it takes more effort to get it to break. Great material. I use it for making my own hose clamps and when i need to fasten something near or in water.
