how tall are the bags?

Not even as tall as the palm of your hand! They are truly snack size. LIke the free promos I have seen given out at a recruitment fair. I do like the product, but I get the full size version locally for 4.99. Two full size cones have quite a bit more volume than this entire order. Full size ones are almost elbow to fingertip for me.

Is the popcorn already popped or is it kernals?

The popcorn is popped and seasoned.

What are the ingredients?

Great mini popcorn treats by Popcornopolis

I love these mini, multiflavored popcorn snack bags by Popcornopolis, which also come in larger snack sizes. The mini's are a wonderful addition to any gift bag, or just as a random treat for various outings. My favorite is the zebra chocolate and the kettle cooked, but they are all great. I even enjoyed the cheese flavored popcorn, which doesn't normally appeal to me. The fourth flavor in the group is the caramel corn, which I know just about everybody loves.

Delicious

I’m familiar with this brand and I bought it as part of a gift for my aunt who I know LOVES these. As usual, excellent quality and taste because my aunt called to tell me they were delicious. I love that these are individually packed so it stays fresh for each serving and they are a great size as well. Crunchy, sweet, and delicious pop corn!

Exactly as described!

Great Product! Was looking for a gift to my unit that could last a multiple days - unlike donuts & this came out perfect! The packaging was super cute & made great gifts. Saw some reviews about it being stale, so I made sure to order it the day before I needed it & it came on time & everyone said they tasted great & was not stale. So I am guessing it is a hit or miss or just make sure to not order it too early before you plan to eat them. Cheddar & Caramel flavor were the first to go! Would definitely order again.

The cheese popcorn was stale. Thr carmel was good along with the zebra, which by the way is very sweet. My favorite is the kettle corn.
