Can this fit my first and second stage plus my console?

I'm using standing alone Hollis SPG, regulator and primary second stage with two meters hose and octopus. All the equipment are comfortable located inside the bag.

Can i fit 3 sets of regulators in tbis case?

No. I can only fit 1 set in this case.
