Hi Madelyn! The Platinum Silkening Heat Creme is a brilliant shine thermal styler. It reduces hot tool passes by 50% and contains the thermal protectant Sacha Inchi, a nutrient-dense nut oil, to prevent breakage and improve manageability for brilliant, silky strands. This product provides thermal protection up to 450°F. This product can be used on damp or dry hair but is primarily used on dry hair before heat styling. Layer 1-3 pumps on dry hair from mid-lengths to ends and apply more as needed.

Q: Is it suppose to be a foam and not a cream???

No it is not a foam. It’s a cream and I use about 4 pumps into my hand then rub it all over my hair. It is light and not heavy in the hair.
