Awful Egyptians

This is a book I would not even lend someone for free because it’s so gross, there’s a patch of brown sticky stuff on the cover. Shocking. It’s also very worn the pages are delicate from use!

I like the series, they are funny and tell some of the lesser told parts of history.One have to remember that they are written for 10-15 year old-ish.the author have said that it is difficult not to write something wrong, because the first constants used to be considered the truth, but by the time the rest of the book had been written, those truths had been disproved.Also a good theme in the books is that you shouldn't always believe what a historian have written, because the winner writes the history.

Worth every penny. My 8 year old devoured this book. Loved that the activities were clear and easy to follow with little assistance (help was needed for some activities, but my daughter felt 'successful' for understanding and following the instructions with little assistance and being able to produce the items etc).

I did not expect to buy a Good condition activity book in which every single activity had been completed and half the stickers missing….. I would put that in the poor condition category. I have no choice but to bin the book as it will cost me more to post it back that I’d receive as a refund.

Bought this for my granddaughter who was studying the Egyptians for school. She found this very helpful and because she likes reading, she found it an easy and enjoyable read
