do you sprinkle this on cooked food or use it while cooking (ie. add to crock pot with other ingredients)

I have always added it to the crock pot or roasting pan to use. Never thought of it to add later. Also makes a great addition when smoking meats for a few hours.

I do! I have used this seasoning on poultry, beef, pork, fish, and shrimp. I don't recommend using it in soups, spaghetti, etc. just the meats. Hope this helps. Btw you can mix it with other seasonings that have low sodium content.

What are all the exact “spices” and “herbs” in this seasoning?

I must admit I never checked that out. It is my favorite seasoning and use it on so many occasions, and thus never thought of doing that. I highly recommend it. Thanks
