BABG Keyboard Case for iPad Air 11(M3/M2)&Pro 11 1/2/3/4th&iPad Air 4/5th Gen Case with Keyboard,360° Rotatable,Toupad,Backlits,Pencil Charging-Rose Gold

Purchased in July of 24 for my iPad Pro 2377. I loved this case. It was the 3rd one of its type and it was wonderful. In June of 25 some of the letters on the keyboard stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement immediately. Unfortunately they have changed the design so as to fit more than one iPad. It no longer fit my iPad nicely. It slid back and forth inside the case and had a large gap between the back of the iPad and the case. At this point the company reimbursed me for my iPad. Customer service is top notch!

I ordered a keyboard in January, it worked great but then stopped working. I contacted the company, it has a 1 year warranty, and they were very helpful. They worked with me and gave me tips on how to reset it and getting working again but nothing help. They then replaced the keyboard with a new upgraded model for no charge. I love how the keyboard functions, and their service was GREAT!

This case is a beautiful color it connected easily to my iPad and work as described. It is a bit heavy. 1 star for that. This is my first time using an ipad case, so I don't have anything to compare it to for reference. Overall, it was a good buy.

I am a huge fan of this keyboard as it allows me to use my iPad like a small laptop. It is super portable and responsive and I appreciate the flexibility it allows with the screen.I recently had an issue where my keyboard suddenly would not power up even though it was fully charged. I was beyond my 30 day window so I reached out to BABG’s Customer Service and they were incredibly responsive. They answered immediately and we had a bit of dialogue and long story short, they are replacing my keyboard because it is within warranty. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their expediency. Wish all my interactions with businesses were this efficient!

Please change your instruction manual. It says that it is compatible with an iPad Pro 11inch 1st generation 2018 but it is NOT. In the instruction manual, you all say that the iPad 11 inch 1st generation 2018’s model numbers are A1876,A2014, and A1895. This is INCORRECT information because the iPad 11 inch 1st generation’s model numbers are A1980, A2013, and A1934. You all have the model numbers of the iPad 12.5 inch 3rd generation printed in your instruction manual. That is a big difference. So anybody who is considering buying this, just don’t bother if you have an iPad 11 inch 1st generation from 2018. Also, as a side note, they had to have given me a used product as well because when I opened it there was a disgusting sticky residue on the keyboard that looks like someone ripped off a stick and smudged the sticky stuff around without cleaning it off. I saw that when I fist opened the box and it put me off, but I tried to ignore it because it was otherwise a pretty case. Then I realized that they lied about the iPads it was compatible with. This bummed me out so much so I’m returning it for a refund. I was looking forward to it and I can’t even use it. 0/10 stars. As a company/seller, do better.

This keyboard is working great! Seems to be very sturdy. Was what I needed! Love it!

I’ve only had it for a few days and so far, I really like it.Pros:- very sturdy, sits up without fear of it falling over. Strong materials.- keys and mouse are very responsive- uses the same charger as my iPad- love the swivel of the screen, good for when I use my Apple Pencil to take notes and then I’m able to switch it around to go back to typing.- it’s got a lil Apple Pencil holder on the side that feels very secureCons- awkwardly placed shift and arrow keys, I’m still getting used to it but so far trying to hit the shift key is a pain.- the Apple Pencil holder loop is on the side, so it doesn’t charge, there is access to connect it to the “top” for charging but it’s not secure at all.I’ve only had it for a few days so I can’t comment on longevity or battery, but so far, so good!

I have something similar to this for my iPad Mini 6 and this is better; slimmer, less stiff, MUCH better keyboard, and less than 1/2 the cost. Very nice design overall and not too heavy.I was most impressed with the keyboard. Very responsive and with quality keys. The only small negative would be the lights behind these keys are not very even and some can be dim to read when the room is also dim.The swivel feature of the iPad/monitor is good—maybe a little loose for some, but I like it. There are two thumb wheels that are provided to secure your iPad into the case instead of a magnetic or raised pockets for the iPad, but this is a subtle/good design; just don’t adjust them too far inward because they could lift the corners of a glass screen protector.Recommended!
