This product is ok but the rugs don’t stay as well as I’d like.

I used these w/ my prior set of Gelpro mats in my kitchen. Prior to they moved around the floor all day long. I just replaced my Gelpro mats w/ a new set. The old ones came up easily and there was no issue w/ anything sticking to or on the wood floor.These are easy to work with. Nothing messy at all. Their labels clearly indicate which side goes on the rug and the floor. And the temp coverings peel off w/out struggle. My wife was very hesitant as to what we would be facing pulling the old mats after four years. Thankfully there were no issues what so ever. And I never once had to move the Gelpads the whole time I used this product!

This is on me for not reading the listing properly, but it's basically double sided tape. Some of my rugs, especially in my bathroom, have textured backs and the tape does not meld well with it. Other mats with thinner backs take to it and stay still, but if you have a more fluffy rug I wouldn't recommend.

I used these on a runner in my tiled laundry room/entrance from garage. That rug gets walked on a ton and has never moved. I recently had to pull the rug up after a small flood, there was zero residue left on the tile or the rug. I bought a new set to stick the rug back down. They are wonderful!

We put an indoor/outdoor rug in our entryway during the winter for wet dog paws. One of our dogs liked to chew up the corner of the rugs if he sensed weakness and saw a curled up corner.We decided to give these a try to make the rug a less attractive target!They work great and hold the corners in place and I am happy to say we have not had any rug chewing incidents since then!
