USA made and it works very well.
USA made and super easy to install. I used these under the guard because they are height adjustable-3 sizes and it fits between the stock and the cheek rest perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BMPF3GL8?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_1. These make sure-since I have not drilled yet that when pressure is applied by resting my cheek there is no downward movement and they grip well so no lateral movement with the tape in place....but the range will be the acid test. I wrapped the stock with the stretch tape, also known as "vet or wound wrap", instead of drilling for now but may drill when it's warmer out for a permanent application since my shop is not heated. I used this to wrap the cheek rest with the riser foam inside to make it useful for now. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093FTLY47?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1. This self sticking wrap is working pretty well and I may not even drill as it is solid and immovable but only range time will tell. Great USA cheekrest and beats the daylights out of a new stock investment. This is how used to do it in the service, find or make a cheekrest and then tape it to the stock in case we wanted to remove it later and no holes. Semper Fi.

Great cheek rest
Awesome cheek rest. Very good deal. Decent instructions, but it's a simple drill through the stock attachment method. Came with long and short screws for the clamp, I used the short screws for a 10/22. Just what I needed to get my stock weld where it needed to be.

Perfect for Liberty Training Rifle 10/22 setup
Far superior to anything taped on or laced on. This has very precise adjustment possibilities due to the through-bolted assembly. Yes you have to drill your stock. It's not a big deal. If you can tie your shoes and follow simple instructions, you can do this. Obviously follow power tool safety rules. The result is a perfectly setup stock to allow a perfect, repeatable cheek weld behind scopes or irons like Tech Sights. I installed this on my 10/22 Liberty Training Rifle with a Vortex scope and it took care of the majority of the stability factors I was having trouble with. I will be buying at least 5 more kits of this - for my other 22s, as well as my 308,30-30, and British 303 SMLE #2. I HIGHLY recommend you go ahead and install this if you are taking a Appleseed shooting clinic. Zero your rifle with it installed BEFORE you go - they don't have time to zero when you go. TLDR- this is the way to get stability on your rifle. Make that stock stock much more stable and customizable, on the cheap. Add a thin piece of stick-on rubber if you like, for comfort. Then go practice your skills.

Great alternative to new stock
Works well and is a lot cheaper than buying a new stock or chassis with an adjustable cheekpiece. I installed it on my Howa and it's pretty straightforward. My only critique is that it is a bear to get the nut to start threading on the back bolt. seems like an extra 1/8" would have made that job a little easier. That being said, it should get the job done.

Simple and effective!
Takes some skill to get proper placement. Looks good and works even better.

Best Rifle Upgrade for the Money
This is the best solution to scoped hunting style rifle stock the I have found. I have tried the foam slip on style and the strap on both rubber and nylon style. I held off on this one because I was afraid to drill my synthetic butt stock. However, the instructions are simple and the WEB is full of great videos. So I decided that I would try this thinking that if this didn't work out I would have to replace the whole stock with an upgrade anyway. I am no carpenter or gunsmith but this thing went on without a single problem. I first removed the bolt and cleared the chamber. I bench rested the rifle and used my free hand to hold the riser in place many times to find the "sweet spot" and after several tries it always landed in about the center between the end and the comb of the stock. However, I did find that I had to use electricians tape with several wraps to secure the riser in place before I marked the drill holes. I marked the top of the slot at the curve and down the straight sides so i would have a center reference, measured down 1/8 of an inch and marked the drill spot on both sides. I laid the rifle on it's side and I followed the instructions by drilling a small tap whole first followed by the1/4" drill. Most if not all synthetic stocks are hollow about 1mm in thick plastic with a Styrofoam wedge. Is fairly hard plastic and the pilot drill will want to skip off the mark when you first start to drill so a variable power drill on slow speed or hand drill should work. I just took it slow with a sharp new 1/16 inch pilot bit and tilted it back and forth as needed to keep it centered on the mark. One of the videos i viewed on line showed how you can boil the Kydex riser and then form fit it to the shape of the stock. I found that the slight bulge out at the top of the riser was very comfortable and did not form fit it, but the option is there. Just a great high quality product and well thought out. And the kit from Hawkeye comes with really nice hardware. This one is the .80 mm thick plastic and a bit more sturdy than the lighter version. when I rest my cheek and get a good weld I cannot feel any movement and it is nice and stable once it is tightened down
