Purchased for our new RV to replace existing mattress, WOW, far better than expected! I'm 280lbs 6ft tall, wife much smaller, shorter, we both absolutely love this mattress, we live temporarily in camper till find home as we sold ours quickly. We have a relatively new Sleep Number King split costing us over $7000 in storage now, in my opinion, our Sleep Number does not touch this mattress in terms of comfort or cooling. This mattress feels so soft, i don't know how they got it so comfortable yet supportive for a big guy like me, hope it stays this way for years as we'll be keeping the camper. We've had for 2 months now and love this purchase, we both highly recommend it!

It’s crazy how they can send hybrid mattresses with coils in them vacuum sealed into a relatively tiny package. Now that’s great until you receive the wrong size and almost make a big mistake by opening it. Luckily I realized I received a full instead of a queen before opening it and making a lot of trouble for myselfWe followed the instructions which were just to unroll it and let it puff up. It said you could sleep on it basically right away but we let it sit out for 24 hours before putting on. We have been using the mattress since the end of February now but the photos were taken the day we put it on the bed frame.I was having a lot of trouble figuring out what kind of mattress was best for us. We used to use a full coil mattress and then switched to memory foam which was the worst thing we could’ve done. I flip around too much in the night and I’m larger so memory foam was not comfortable due to sinking into the foam. It wasn’t great for aches and pains so we decided to try the hybrid and we ended up with this Simmons hybrid.I was excited to have a hybrid because I knew it would be firmer overall but a little soft on top. We most like it, but I have to say now I wish it was a little softer. I maybe should’ve got a thicker mattress but I feel like that might have made it worse (we got 10”). I thought maybe the more we used it the softer it would get but we still haven’t broke it in to where I want it to be yet.I think picking out a Mattress online is just hard to do without testing it out first. We might get a pillow topper to see if that helps with the softness a little. I do notice I can move around a lot more freely at night it’s just surprisingly a little more firm than we would like. It’s still a big upgrade than what we had and overall it’s a high quality mattress it’s just about everyone’s personal preferences in this case

EDIT: I have started not being to sleep on my side because of hip pain. This is a huge disappointment because I spent good money on this mattress for it to last a long time. I'm going to have to teach myself to sleep on my back which will be hard and which I dont even find particularly comfortable. Ugh.I had my doubts because I spent big money on a big name memory foam and hated it. Hard as a rock and woke up sore all the time. With this bed I have not woken up once with sore pressure points (Im a side sleeper) and I sleep through the night like a baby. So happy with this purchase!!

Hace unos meses , cambié para la casa vacacional mi viejo colchón Simmons,por un nuevo Simmons Platinum,fabricado por Simmons de Venezuela.excelente y muy buen colchón , de maximo confort; en una escala , de puntuación ,de 1 a10 le Daría un 10.Tan así que a las pocas semanas he decidido remplazar el colchón del cuarto de huéspedes, otro antiguo Simmons,por un Queen Simmons platinum del mismo fabricantes.Toda mi vida he dormido en un colchón de dureza Firme y luego, con el pasar deLos años,en Firmeza media.Hace un par de meses he cambiado mi cama King ,por una split king con bases ajustables de la marca SVEN&SON, lamentablemente , para mi comodidad de dormir,el colchón , que trae,de 14”es medianamente blando.Por tal motivo he decidido sustituirlos y que mejor opción que dos Colchones de Simmons Twin XLde 10”,según el fabricante : made en Usa,de firmeza media.Haciendo caso omiso a algunas reseñas, de 1 estrella ,pensando que fuese un chiste de mal gusto,donde decía que dicho colchón párese uno de esos baratos donde le salen los resortes por todo lados.Antes de realizar la compra,he hecho varias preguntas en Amazon, con respuestas rápidas y amables ;identificándose como grupo Simmons.La primera pregunta: cual eran las medidas exacta del colchón ya desempacado y en su plena forma;respuesta : 81”X40”Mentiras, en la foto publicada las medidas me dan:78”x38” le faltan bastantes a las que promocionan.Segunda pregunta; serviría para unas camas con bases ajustables? respuestas:todos nuestros colchones están diseñados para esa tipo de camas.segunda mentiras, en la foto se puede ver las grandes arrugas al medio al articular la base.Tercera preguntas:que espesor tiene la espuma viscoelàstica con memoria Simmons en el colchón 10” híbrido ?Respuesta: “buena pregunta “ grupo Simmons.Claro la base donde apoyan los resortes es una espuma que no llega a 1” de espesor y la espuma viscoelàstica no llega a 1”1/2, tan así que al dormir se pueden sentir los muelles .Al desembalar el colchón lo he dejado tomar su forma por más de 24 horas a pesar que el fabricante me había contestado de 2 a4 horas ,pero nada las esquinas siguen deformadas ,los colchones no traen ningún soportes laterales , así como los de otras marcas ,los resortes brotan y se pueden tocar en todo el perímetro .He quedado muy desilusionado tan es así que he pensado que esos colchones , que me han enviado,serían una imitación y no originales de la marca Simmons ;o que han salido defectuosos de fábrica y a pesar de no pasar el control de calidad lo han embalado igual ;porque si esa es la calidad de Simmons ensamblado en usa ,como dice la etiqueta que tiene pegado cada colchón,Definitivamente es un engaño .
