Is this the tight U or Wide U?

Both? There are two different sizes on each end of the same tool. The wide part is 5/8", and the narrow end measures 7/16".

Do you get two tools for this purchase? Or just one?

The package contains just a single tool, the image is showing some of the different angles of the tool so you have a better idea of what the tool can do.
