NutraBio Caffeine-free Pre Workout (Dragon Fruit Candy)

Best preworkout I’ve had so far. Taste is the best I’ve had, has a weird aftertaste, but a sip of water or juice fixes that. Although it's stim-free, it still keeps me up for about 6 hours after drinking it. Doesn’t make me jittery, though does still make my palms itch initially. Will buy again.

Kinda in the middle here. Dragon fruit tastes great mixes easily and doesn't leave you jittery but on that same note it does not give the same kick as a pre with caffeine. The biggest disappointment I found was the great flavor is achieved using sucralose,(which the body cannot break down is a non healthy artificial sweetener 600x stronger than sugar) before buying read up on the studies of sucralose and decide if the elimination of stimulants is worth the gamble of taking daily amounts of sucralose. Update: after using for the last 2 weeks I have noticed gains in stamina and endurance and the added sucralose intake is an even exchange for great taste and 0 caffeine. I will buy again and will bump up 1 more star to 4...

I have only been working out for a month and never tried a pre workout before, on the first day of trying it I made personal lifting records and feel more energetic after working out. Made mt face itch for a minute about 10 minutes after drinking but it went away.

It's not going to give you a massive boost like something that will flood your body with caffiene will. However, you won't experience a crash or build up a tolerance to this like you will with caffiene. It tastes very bitter and does not mix well, both of which are only mild inconveniences. All in all, it's a decent product but is overpriced.

This stuff gives me more motivation in the gym, more energy, bigger pump, higher reps... I am going to switch up to a half a scoop, only because I have noticed I sleep less taking this. It would be best to start at a lower dose and then work your way up to the full dose.
