Great sound
I have purchased a few of these for my desk top computers. I use teams a lot and headphones are inconvenient. It always works. It’s easy to answer , Sound is easy to turn turn up and down. Easy to mute. If you need a speaker this works great.

Works fine, but did not receive the unit in the description.
Works fine, but the unit I received only has a USB-A connection (no USB-C or Bluetooth Stick). For $73 its fine, but one always prefers to get what one orders...

Item not as described
Item returned. Did not have the USB adapter for wireless as described. Amazon only gave option to return, and Plantronics only gave option to return to Amazon if purchased within 30 days.

So Useful!
speakerphone with useful lights and buttons. Controls mute state of native windows apps (MS Teams yes, Teams web-app no). Speaker loud enough, microphone excellent. voice feedback from device is nice too. All-in-all, very happy with how this improves my telework experience!

On/off switch broke after 3 weeks of light use
Speaker worked ok for 3 weeks. Now the on/off button no longer works. It is always turned on (green showing in button). I'm not able to turn the speaker off any longer, the switch appears to be broken. The speaker power drains fast being on 24/7 and the ring of white light keeps me awake at night. I only use it 1-2 times a day for a Teams video call. For $107 I expected to get more use out of it. I also expect better quality from Poly, I have purchased various products from them for the last 15+ years.However I did like it when it was working, so I'm ordering it again but this time with the 2 year warranty for $8.99. If I experience any issues with the replacement device I will update this review.

Missing Componants
Mine was missing the USB-A bluetooth adapter. No way to reach out for support. Will be returning it.

Couldn't connect to My PC via Bluetooth
Nice unit but have to directly connect to my PC. While everything else I've tried connects to my PC via blue tooth, this doesn't. Couldn't get it to work.
