This supplement was recommended to me by a trusted source to help with joint pain. I have been using it daily for about seven years now and probably won't ever stop because the benefits were noticeable right away. I used to take another brand which only came in 200mg so that I had to take two pills a day 2 a day. Excellent product. I use bioflavanoids with my vitamin C for better absorption. Although i have recently reduced by dosage to around 150 mg, my research indicated that 500mg is tolerable. Excellent product for general nutrition and specifically if you are using Vitamin C.
