I liked the product when texting my pool water it came up negative within the first 10-15 min. But when I left it longer then that. It eventually turned positive. So don’t know which results to believe.

Not reliable product. Ran 2 tests that showed positive for bacteria in hot tub. Emptied, sanitized and thoroughly rinsed tub. Ran another test and got same result. Expensive unreliable product

Product easy to use but you have to go online to figure out how to interpret the test

One of the tube for collecting the water sample had. Agile in it making that whole test strip unusable. I have used four plus that one, not sure if any other test modules will have. A hole in the tube or not but not worth the return process. Just beware that out of the 10, you’ll have at least seven good ones maybe.
