Taste, texture is absolutely perfect, and a great alt. For puffs cereal for toddlers to snack on. I know each ingredient and don't have to wonder if its processed or not. Great to send with my toddler to Sunday school snacks. If your used to a sugary/processed diet, these are not for you.

Favorite of all the seven Sundays flavors. If you are not used to a paleo or keto type diet I promise this will not be sweet enough but it’s perfect if that’s what you’re looking for. Occasionally if I do want a sweeter cereal I just do a dollop of maple syrup in the milk to make it a little treat.

Did not receive cinnamon as ordered. I received a second box of berry instead. Berry is good but really wanted to try cinnamon.

Good ingredients , healthy eats

When I first opened the box, it smelled cinnamon-y good and promising. It had a nice crunch to it, but unfortunately, it tasted like cinnamon-flavored cardboard. I drank the leftover almond milk in my bowl, and even that tasted off due to the cereal. I bought this given its high average rating, but it didn’t meet expectations.

I’ve been craving cereal so I was looking forward to this. It is horrible. Now I am stuck debating on whether to waste the money I spent and throw it out, or force myself to eat it so as not to waste food. Save your money and don’t get this.

I like the flavor and the texture. It didn’t get to soggy fat and it was not too hard that it hurt my gums.

Perfect and healthy
