Q: Are all the dividers removable or permanent?

My sister says they are removable

Q: does it come with chopsticks?

No it doesn't come with any chopsticks or at least mine didn't.

Q: Is it leak proof? I am aware that liquids wouldn't be the best choise, but I am wondering if the lid will prevent oil spills outside the bento box?

I definitely wouldn't consider it leak proof. We had a mishap with sauce leaking out one time. The lids are fitted but they don't have suction to keep them in place and prevent leaks. The only thing securing the boxes is an elastic that goes around them. So if you have something greasy or oily (like teriyaki chicken with sauce) I would recommend packing the sauce on the side in its own container. For this bento box, I think foods that do not leak would be best. (Sticky rice, raw fruits/veggies, etc.)

Q: What do you use the rice ball press for? Can you actually make rice balls with it? Or is it just meant to hold the riceballs?

After putting rice into the bento, you press that into the rice to create mouthful-sized sections that are easier to grab with your chopsticks.
