Shipped with Win 7, which is what I wanted. The battery life is phenomenal. I do programming, so I can stretch the battery to ridiculous duration. The laptop was a much needed upgrade. This laptop only accepts ddr3L "Low Voltage" memory. I tried to use ddr3 from an older laptop, but the T460 did not allow it.

Solid construction. Would prefer easier access to RAM, Drive and INTERNAL battery.

It works too.Unlike Lenovo could come up with using a factory full of Chinese roof jumping enthusiasts.Lenovo: you suck. Try being like IBM was when you bought this brand a little harder if you want to keep milking it.
