great bag, lots of space, needs a support frame
I've had this backpack now as my primary use bag for 22 months, I work 12 hour night shifts and use this to carry my stuff to work. I am surprised by how much I can fit in this bag, I do have a couple complaints that prevent it from being the perfect bag for me, and I am looking to replace it at this time. Quality wise, I have had zero problems and I STUFF this full! What I put in it:Main Internal compartment:an HP zbook 15.5 inch laptop in the padded laptop section and it fits "snuggly" I doubt anything larger would go in there (taller yes, wider, no).a "short" no frills mechanical KB (full 110 key KB, but no wrist rest or excess, it is just big enough to hold all the keys!)a 40 oz stainless water bottle.sometimes I put a 15" macbook pro in there tooin the mini pouches up near the top of the main compartment I keep headphone cable, USB card reader, glasses cleaning cloth, occasionally my wallet, my ID badge when off work, sometimes I'll put a 2nd smaller water bottle in here too, or an 18 oz bottle of agave syrup.main top/front compartmentThis holds my laptop chargera mini travel mousemy JBL headphones2 wall cell phone chargers2 USB charging cablesa small bag with about $10 in random coins in ittiny eye glass repair kitUSB to ethernet mac donglein the secondary front pouch (I think of it as the smile pouch):allergy pills in a bottlecortisone creamtoothbrushtravel toothpastetravel hand sanitizer4oz body spraychloraseptic throat sprayfishermans friend cough drops (these are awesome!)a small number of 2pack various headache pillsThe front bottom pouch:a box a multi-strength resistance bandstravel earbuds in a pouchside pocket 1:2 fidget spinnersrandom I need to put something in there placeside pocket 2:18oz bubba coffee cupwhat I like about this bag:Lots of room! I have so much in it, and I can add more still!Very comfortable to carry, even fully loadedthe straps adjust easily and don't slipthe D rings on the straps are good places to quickly attach somethingthere are loops for sunglasses on the strapsIf necessary, I can roll the bag up and stuff it in something else. What I don't like:There is no "frame" the bag looks like an empty pair of pants lying on the ground when empty. I can roll the bag up (this makes it hard to put the laptop or KB into the bag, as it sometimes takes an extra hand to hold the bag upthe front top smile pouch and the top front pouch are connected too closely, so if you fill up the top front pouch, then this secondary top pouch is VERY tight at the opening, making it hard to get your hand in, or objects in/out.the bag is VERY narrow, 30% - 40% smaller than the size of other 22 inch bagsconclusion, it is a very good bag, very well constructed, lots of space, but not enough for me, so I'm going to try another that is wider. I'm currently considering the ShengTS 18.4 inch laptop backpack

Questionable name....but heck of a backpack.
I have had the bag for a few months now. I needed a bag to support carrying 2 laptops (one personal/one work). This backpack has plenty of compartments and is tall. I carry 2 15" laptops no problem and still have room to stuff in my logitech M507 trackball and JVC over the ear headphones, plus another misc item if needed like a t-shirt, etc.Zippers so far feel heavy duty and solid. Love the D rings on the shoulder strap. Has been handy for clipping my work badge to it, etc.I'm 6ft 1 and a big guy, it may look a little big on a smaller framed person, but it fits me perfectly. My biggest criticism is of the bottom front pocket. It is a single zipper that essentially lets the pocket fold out flat when fully unzipped, which means thing can more easily fall out when you unzip it to get something out. I have a adjusted, but wish this pocket either had two zippers that you could meet in the middle or shorter zipper track.

Well constructed and comfortable, lacking secure storage.
Nicely constructed, but seriously lacking in secure interior pockets. My 17.3" ASUS G750JM laptop does not fit in the cushioned pouch. This isn't a huge deal as it does fit in the main compartment, but if you have a large gaming laptop, it may not fit. Now, for the pocket situation. It has only one large interior pocket with a few smaller compartments sewn onto it. There is no way to secure small thumb drives, hard drives, cables or a wireless mouse. If this interior pouch was zippered, I'd have given this bag 5 stars, but with the fragility of a portable hard drive it really needs to be secured in a zippered pocket. With this bag, that's not really an option.I'm happy with the bag. Its very comfortable and, like stated above, seems very well constructed. For the price, I would probably buy it again. If you have a few hard drives and thumb drives though, you might consider purchasing padded sleeves for them before putting them in this backpack.

KAKA, means poop in Spanish.. (not same spelling but funny)
This bag is the poop.. the bag is built/stitched to last a long time. Only wish it was a bit more expandable. I purchased it to replace another travel bag I had which no longer meets the airline carry-on rules. I used this one with WOW airlines as my personal item (vs. carry-on), no problem.Shoulder straps are super comfortable, and has a lower lumbar cushion for extra comfort. The only issue if any, is the way it opens.. zippers for the main area are closer to the shoulder straps, meaning the outer area is heavy enough to pull the flap open when packing (and only when packing).. Zippers are strong and it comes with locks straps which keep it snugged, hence it could not just open during shoulder use.I would buy a second one if needed but I am sure this one will last me a long time. Thanks KAKA

Other than the zipper issues on the smaller pockets it's a great backpack for carrying your laptop
I'm having a lot of problems with the front zippers on this product. The front pocket zipper is falls off it's track if you are not careful closing it and the pocket behind zipper is starting to misshape. Other than the zipper issues on the smaller pockets it's a great backpack for carrying your laptop.

One of the Best Backpacks I've ever owned, very well made.
This Backpack is very sturdy and the padding is very comfy. I'm a wide framed 6'1" 280lb guy and it's annoying that most backpacks just don't have a good proportion for larger men. This backpack is just bulked enough to look right and can hold a lot of stuff. Bought a 2nd for my brother and he loves it.

Great as a carry-on bag
I love to use this as my carry-on for flights or for a weekend gettaway bag. I have used it as a daypack when I needed to bring a lot of stuff as well. There's so many spaces to keep things that I was easily able to access things throughout my day/trips, ie laptop, medicines, cell phone, snacks, water, etc. Comfortable on the shoulders.

Good for the price, much cheaper than equivalent backpack in other brands.
The only problem is that the ends of the shoulder straps get stuck into the fastener if you release it all the way. The fold over at the strap is too short. I may add some sort of ring to it to make it easier to grab. Nice padding in the tablet/ laptop pocket.
