Works first time you take it
Took this mushroom supplements and straight away I felt the effects. In my case it wasn't right for me as I kept feeling dizzy everytime I took it and apparently its a side effect of the Reishi mushroom. So I stopped taking it and gave it to my mum she's good with it the first time she took it gave her energy and she feels good same with my brother as well. Now I've bought only one type of Mushroom supplements which is Cordyceps and I feel fine no side effects.
