Multipurpose Space Saver
Exactly what I was looking for. Charging ports work with easy access and charges efficiently, light is bright but not overpowering. Love the shelves for all my collectibles. Set up was quick and easy. Very sturdy and the black and white coloring matches with basically any decor theme.

Here’s the real reason this is such a clever and useful product…
This is a wonderful multi-functional product at a very reasonable price. This great product is difficult to describe in just a few statements. Obviously it is categorized on Amazon as a floor lamp, but what it really is a useful space creator. For me, it frees up valuable kitchen counter space that I had been using as a battery charging center, and lets me create a freestanding charging station in the unobtrusive guise of a useful, well designed floor lamp. Yes, this is an excellent self-standing floor lamp, but the real reason it is so useful is how it frees up the limited kitchen counter space I was wasting as a messy battery charging center. If you are like me and my friends, you probably are taking up space in your kitchen (as shown it the first photo I have uploaded) where you have bunch of charging adapters plugged in there because a kitchen counter is where you can easily access the power outlets. Or maybe like another good friend of mine, you have them plugged into wall outlets near the floor or in power strips creating a jumble of wires. In any case, I never realized what a poor use of space that was until I bought this unit which has a beautifully integrated charging station. Not only is it cleverly designed as a combination charging station and floor lamp, but it’s also well-constructed. I’m going to comment on the design, manufacturing, packaging, and overall value of this product which are all excellent. There are almost too many features included in this product to mention in a short review, but each one is an indication of how carefully this product has been designed, manufactured, and packaged to be sold at a price point that makes it such a great value. For example, it includes extra fasteners of each type needed so that you will never need to return this product because you accidentally misplaced one of the screws—admit it, how many times have you come up short only to “discover” the missing screw when you vacuum the carpet? All the tools needed to assemble it are provided, even the screwdriver (see uploaded photo). The assembly instructions are broken down into a sequence of well-illustrated and easily understandable steps. Included are high-friction self-sticking EVA cushion strips that are applied to the bottom of the lamp both to help keep it from slipping on hard floors, but also to help keep it from scratching your floor. It includes snap on wire clamps to hide and guide the power cord down the floor along one of the back supports. And the cord is long enough that no matter where you put it in your home, you will almost surely will be able to plug it in without needing an extension cord. These are little things that many manufacturers eliminate to cut corners and make it cheaper while ignoring the practical frustrations of their customers. This manufacturer has decided to include many extras to make the product and experience one of quality at a reasonable cost. It arrives in a sturdy, well cushioned compact carton (see uploaded photo). It is heavy corrugated cardboard with an extra layer on the bottom, carefully compartmentalized so that the parts don’t damage each other in shipping. The groups of parts are individually bagged, and several items are double boxed for protection. I’m a retired product manager, so I really admire the choices this manufacturer has made to provide a product of superior design at an affordable price. There are so many important aspects to this product that I’m just going to list a number of them that most customers might overlook. The wooden parts are precision cut and drilled, with many of the holes countersunk to make the heads of the screws flush with the surface. The support poles are connected with threaded metal fasteners and screw into threaded metal inserts as shown in an uploaded photo. This is so important because these connections are subject to a lot of force, and if cheaper wood screws were used, they would eventually work lose. Again, this is an indication of a higher quality product that is carefully engineered to last longer than cheaper alternatives. The lamp shade is made of a thick material that diffuses the light effectively without creating a small hotspot. It is cleverly constructed to fold flat for shipping, but assembles with heavy Velcro strips that hold all the edges firmly in place. The connector between the outlet box and the lamp holder safely screws together. There are two Type-A USB charging receptacles that provide 2 amps of 5 volt charging current. There is also a line voltage receptacle in which I have plugged a Type-C USB power adapter. A hidden drawer-stop keeps the drawer from accidentally being pulled out so far that it falls on the floor spilling its contents. The shelves are sturdy and conveniently create extra storage or display space, something in short supply in most homes. The three-temperature (color) bulb provided is yet another example of how this manufacture has not skimped when it would be so easy to do so. This turned out to be an unexpected benefit for me. At first I thought that this type of bulb was meant to accommodate personal preferences—many people prefer the red colored light that is similar to conventional incandescent bulbs, but I like the bluer daylight type light most of the time. But here is the secret advantage of having a choice—successive tugs on the pull switch chain changes the color from warm to bright and back again: during the day or for reading, the daylight color adds good illumination, but at night, the warm color creates a cozy ambient atmosphere. Perhaps the best aspect of this product is the one that is least noticed—how disguised as a conventional floor lamp, this mobile charging station unobtrusively blends into the background of my living space.

Good but may differ from pictures/others answers
We bought 2 units and while mostly the same, there were some noticeable differences in the units which I'll mention below. Pros - Like the drawer for my little items, tall enough to store my small eye drops bottle on its side. - Easy assembly - Looks nice enough and organizes well. - Like the charging station. I can use my e-reader to hide the plugs from sight - The lamp shade looks good despite being velcro assembly. I was able to line up the seam quite easily despite fitting it around two different frame pieces. - Height: we're using these as nightstands. the second shelf is high enough to view my clock but low enough that the slight light doesn't bother me while sleeping. (As opposed to being at a level that would put my clock staring right into my face while sleeping) - Does seem like solid wood I suppose Cons - Bought for the 3 prong plug but one of the units had two-two prong plugs instead. One of the outlet blocks was covered in velvet one wasn't. Orientation for which side USB plugs were on was different for each block as well. - give it time/space to offgas. It was noticeable but ignorable after 6 hours or so. - drawer is simple wood, no coasters, so rasps noisily when you open it - cord is definitely not 71" or whatever once it hits the floor. More like 3-4 feet once it hits the floor. You can buy an extension cord if you need the extra length but I was expecting/hoping for longer. - pieces are nice but pre drilling was sloppy/missing in some cases. For the "dam piece" for the charging tray, the predrilled holes didn't match the spacing of the shelf so we had to pre-drill a hole ourselves on one of our units. - Some of the holes to screw in the charging block weren't even there for one of our units,, though we had the screws for it-- we only realized because we had two units and the other unit had all the predrilled holes. - The poles holes weren't drilled exactly in the center for each piece, so some poles acted more like rectangles than squares and don't line up evenly with the shelves everytime. Not sure if a pro or a con - Light switch mechanism is weird - it goes on/off on/off on/off to cycle through the different brigtness levels. This means that you don't have to worry about going to a super bright level when you wanted it off in the first place but also means you don't know which brightness level you'll be getting each time you turn it on. -brightest option isn't terribly bright either like I thought. If I were using this for a living room I might be disappointed but for our use thats actually ok.

A great bedside light/shelf/usb station for a raised dorm bed
With just 15 inches between bed and door opening, my daughter was looking for a bedside shelf that would both fit the space and offer a surface near bed level to place phone and water. Her dorm bed is raised to allow for extra storage space underneath it, so a standard-height bedside table would not have worked. This is where I stepped in and did the Amazon research to find something for her. This ingenious shelf/light structure fits the bill perfectly AND also provides a light and a USB port near her so she can study from bed late at night. It really could not be more ideal for her purposes. Assembly was totally doable (it was her first flat-pack item to assemble by herself and she managed just fine). The white shelf with soft white light blends well with the rest of her dorm decor. She is delighted with the functionality and aesthetics. The only little snag was that the light pull-cord/pull-chain provided had snapped in the package and her pull-cord was a bit short to operate easily. I contacted customer service and Tiffany provided incredible support to have the part replaced. I have honestly never received such kind and helpful service. Tiffany even personally tracked the package and notified me by email so I could let my daughter know the part had arrived at her school PO Box address. I buy plenty of items on Amazon and hardly ever leave a review. So this just says it all that I am leaving one. Thank you, Tiffany! This light/shelf has been in daily use for several weeks now. It is very serviceable and not wobbly for the height to footprint ratio. Terrific space-saving find for tight dorm spaces!

Loved it so much I bought TWO MORE!
This lamp is the BEST. It’s every bit worth the money. I bought it because I hate overhead lighting with a passion. Long story short, I’ve been literally toting this lamp around the house with me because I love it 😂 So I bought two more which should be arriving tomorrow. Two for either side or our bed to act as our charging stations and a place for our water bottles and other usual nightstand fare. And to light the room as I work from home during the day in here. And one for the living room. My husband weakly protested, but he loves it too. He keeps thanking me for ordering it lol. I bought the Philips dimmable multicolor smart bulb to put in it, which is controllable via the Wiz app on my iPhone. I can make it any color, I can make it a nightlight, and I can make it come on at a pre-scheduled time (like make a dim light come on at wake-up time to help shake off the sleep). The lamp alone is beyond worth the money. But I do highly recommend using with the philip smart bulb. It’s just a remarkable combo. I’m just upset I didn’t buy this lamp and the bulbs a long time ago. It’s sturdy, sleek-looking, and HIGHLY functional. Takes up way less room than a nightstand, and the charging ports are the icing on the cake. It’s especially awesome in a small greater-NYC apartment like we have. Multi-functional and space saving. Great light in a small space that can easily change the mood and feel of an area with an otherwise closed-in, static feel. Especially if you use it with your own full-spectrum dimmable bulb. I love to put my iPad on the shelf while it charges, and it functions as a great alarm. Using shortcuts I can make it play a podcast or something at the same time my lamp is scheduled to come on in the morning. I’ll try to remember to update with more and better pictures. But just trust me and other reviewers— you will not regret this lamp purchase. I’ve wasted a fair bit of money on bad amazon purchases, but THIS was a huge win. Also, assembly was straightforward. No complaints. BUY IT! YOU’LL LOVE IT!

Perfect solution to maximize a small space
I absolutely love it! it’s everything we needed to fill the space between our sectionals. The dimmable light is wonderful , as is the remote control. Having the built in lamp is great because we were using a desk lamp sitting on top of a speaker which took up most of the surface area. I was able to put it together with very little effort, though the final stages where you have to line up the lampshade was a bit tricky but not a huge problem, I think my tiredness was to blame for the confusion, not the instructions. :)

Nice affordable lamp!
I really love this lamp. I love that it has several lighting levels. The best part of it is the remote control. The lamp was easy to assemble, easy to connect the remote to the lamp, and it looks so nice in my room. I'm looking to buy a couple more to put in my living room.

Light or stand with a shelf/drawer!
This light is going into an overstuffed tech office and a sleeper couch room for when guests come over. Since I’m limited in space, I like the multi-function light where it’s out of the way from desk surfaces and has storage potential. If placed next to a couch, it can also be a nice place to put your phone/alarm, glass of water, and basically any small bedside table items you can think of. The assembly part is okay and took about an hour. It definitely could be better. Some of the instruction manual images are SO small that it can get a bit confusing. For me, two or three of the wooden poles actually don’t screw fully so they would be diagonally angled or you may end up splitting the wood so be careful how far you turn them. I just make sure it’s semi-tight and straight before moving on. The screwdriver side of the wrench tool that comes with the box need to be redesigned. The grip on the hexagonal side is so short that it makes turning the wrench really difficult when you’re about to tighten the screw. I’m also a short girl at about 5’0”-5’1” and this light is definitely designed for taller people with longer reach. I had to tip the light sideways in order to get the lampshade and light bulb on and even then it was a slight struggle. Lastly, the wire connecting the light socket and the usb/outlet box hangs off really awkwardly even if you utilize the Velcro strips provided in the package. Luckily, I had black painters tape which is able to help semi-disguise itself against the black wood and tape down the cord so it is more out of the way. There is three brightness to the light. I think they seem fine for now. I might update this review later as I also suffer from migraines from time to time so being able to have a lower light setting could help alleviate pain. It’s a bit awkward with the way it cycles through the light settings. I’ve had different lights in the past that adjusts pretty much the same way from off > low > medium > high; however, this light adjusts off > low > off > medium > off > high which really confuses me why the light socket needs to do that. If you stick with one setting and use it with the light switch socket, it shouldn’t be too bad. EDIT: Like many lamps with USB ports, if you do use this lamp with the light switch socket, it will turn off the power so if you are trying to charge your phone using the USB port, it will not charge unless you turn the light switch on. Also, beware that if you want to buy more than one, try to buy it all at the same time. I measured how much space and if I could fit another light and ended up ordering a second one separately. The second one has different light knobs (silver than the darker tarnished-looking version) and the light shade is also whiter than the first one I got. I’m too lazy to return it since I already put so much effort building it. Overall, it’s a pretty decent light. It can be slightly wobbly but still sturdy. I will also need to test this light out more at a later date. UPDATE: I ended up taking the light bulb and shade part off one of the lamps and turned it into a projector console shelf stand. It’s a perfect fit and sturdy enough that I don’t have to worry about the projector tipping over or falling off. The height is just right for me and my wall. The plugs work nicely too and the shelves at the bottom can be used as a shelf for refreshments (since it’s low enough for some couches so long as there isn’t an armrest in the way) or putting your stacks of DVDs/storage containers/books/etc. A really nice alternative if you are having trouble finding a slim enough shelf/stand.
