The case looks great on the phone and it provides good protection for the majority of the phone. I just wish it covered the spine. The case is lightweight and easy to remove and the case material feels good to touch. I'm not sure how well it will hold up when dropped but I have high hopes it will keep my phone safe.

I like the material, fit and feel of this case, but the lack of folding back rendered the camera useless and prevented one hand use. Returned for a refund.

Purchased case to protect my Surface Duo (not Duo 2). For that it seems to work well. It snaps on and stays in place. It's thin and lightweight but covers the delicate edges of my Duo. I did have to trim the opening for the fingerprint reader as it wouldn't scan properly with the cover on. That was an easy enough fix. The main issue I have with the case is that you can not open the Surface Duo fully to use the device as a phone. This is a major issue if this is going to be your primary phone. If you plan on using the Duo as a tablet only, then I'd recommend this case. If you are going to use it as a phone, you should look elsewhere for a case.

I use my duo as a tablet, so I don't need to be able to fold it back against itself. This cover does prevent that, but that doesn't bother me. The case also doesn't "snap" on the phone very securely and will slide right off the phone. I solved this problem with two pieces of 3M strips that stick to the phone and hold the case on. Since I found very few other Duo case options, I'm going to have to be happy with this one and mostly I am.

Not allowing the Surface Duo to fold is a big disadvantage for this case

Very loose fit. Would not allow single screen mode. Looks and feels cheap. Leather stitching was done poorly. Return started. Amazon please stop selling this.

If the case was manufactured correctly for the surface duo and actually stayed snapped in. It would of been an amazing case but it slides right off and CANNOT fold back fully. Wish it worked out.
