Q: this raptor liner is easy to com off

As long as your surface is cleaned and properly scuffed or sanded, it will NOT come off easily. As a extra adhesion promoter, I often spray a coat of epoxy primer prior to its application, which also promotes a chemical bond and further protects bare metal. GOOD LUCK

Q: Is there enough to cover a small truck or would I need to purchase more?

If shoot out with the supplied spray gun, I would go with two but if shot through a 1.7-2.0 Gravity feed primer gun, you will get away with one with far more control. It gives you a much finer textured finish, but is far easier to maintain. Mix it 3:1 with a little higher Gun pressure and narrower fan setting- Good luck

Q: do I need to use a primer on aluminum? For a boat t-top

I’m not in any way a representative of this product nor am I a professional in the use of this product. I will say I found this product to be impressive for what I did with it. In my experience with covering aluminum. I cleaned it first then scuffed the surface with scotch brite green pads. Then cleaned it again. Sprayed the aluminum with 4 coats of tinted blue raptor liner. The blue I used is a metallic paint so I can’t say for sure the aluminum luster didn’t come thru the product. Because there is a metallic appearance in the end result. But as far as the actual adhesion to the aluminum. I found no problems with raptor sticking and holding in my case.

Q: Can this be painted over?

I think you could spray over it, not sure how good it would look
